I can offer a safe, warm, non-judgemental and comfortable environment in a spacious room in Winckley Square, in the heart of Preston.

My Approach

My approach is integrative, allowing me to incorporate CBT, Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and other counselling models in order to meet the needs of my clients. I'm fully aware of how hard it can be for people to take the first step into counselling. I endeavour to make the sessions as comfortable and relaxed as possible in a safe, confidential and supporting environment.

My rates are competitive, ranging from £40 to £60 per session.
