I have worked in a variety of roles within education including:
History/Government and Politics/Physical Education teacher.
Setting up and managing a Pupil Referral Unit.
Head of Year.
Senco/Assistant Head teacher.
SEN consultant, advising schools on SEN.
Training in behaviour/inclusion, mental health, and SEN needs including ASD, ADHD.
I can offer your school support in any SEN, mental health or behavioural need you feel your school requires. I can tailor support towards your individual needs. Examples may include training for staff to improve relationships in classroom, to reduce exclusions, a specific SEN need etc.

I can also offer support with dealing with the impact of Coronovirus, including anxiety training for staff, training on trauma, or one to one support for students or staff.

Improving relationships in the classroom – Practical behavioural strategies for teachers, which includes neuroscientific research to help understand and manage classroom conflict and improve behaviour in the school.
SEND in all areas. Practical tools and strategies including up to date research of what works.

Communication training – Moving the school to an assertiveness model which will improve relationships in the classroom and between colleagues.
